Player installation guide

Install a Compatible Player for StreamoView

StreamoView is your streaming subscription service—it is not a player application. To watch on your device, first install one of the compatible player apps below. Then follow the activation instructions for that player.

Do not search for a “StreamoView player.”
We provide access and activation. 8KVIP, IBO Pro and Bob Player are separate player applications used to display your subscription.

Firestick, Fire TV & Android Devices

This includes Firestick, Fire TV, Android TV, Android Box, Android phone and Android tablet. Start with 8KVIP.

First, install the Downloader app

Open your device’s app store and search for Downloader. Install the orange Downloader app.
On Fire TV, if installation is blocked, open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps and allow Downloader. If Developer Options is hidden, open About and select your Fire TV device name seven times.
Open Downloader, allow the requested permissions, and select the box that asks for a URL or Downloader code.
Choose one player below and enter its numeric code.

Important: Try the three 8KVIP codes first. If none works, install IBO Pro with code 481220 or Bob Player with code 815778.

After installing 8KVIP

Open the app and message us that 8KVIP is installed. After your trial or subscription is activated, we send you your username and password plus the steps to add the playlist. 8KVIP does not require a customer-facing server URL.

After installing IBO Pro or Bob Player

Open the player and send us a clear photo or exact copy of the MAC Address and Device Key shown on screen. Our team will add and activate the playlist for you.

Samsung Smart TV & LG Smart TV

For Samsung and LG televisions, use IBO Pro from your TV’s official app store. Downloader codes are not needed.

Open Samsung Apps or the LG Content Store on your television.
Search for IBO Pro and install it. For model-specific download help, open iboproapp.com.
Open IBO Pro. The start screen will display a MAC Address and Device Key.
Send both details to us exactly as displayed. A clear picture of the television screen is also acceptable.
Keep IBO Pro installed. After your request is confirmed, our team adds the playlist and tells you when it is ready.

Do not enter random URLs or credentials into IBO Pro. Send us the MAC Address and Device Key and we will configure the playlist correctly.

Apple TV, iPhone/iPad, Roku & Windows

Use the official platform option shown on the IBO Pro download page. App availability can vary by country and device model.

Apple TV / iPhone / iPad

Open the App Store option at iboproapp.com, install the compatible player, then send us any MAC Address, Device ID or Device Key shown.

Use the Roku option at iboproapp.com. After installing and opening the player, send us the activation details displayed on the screen.

Use the Windows option at iboproapp.com. Install and open the player, then send us the displayed device information for activation.

Using a Mac, MAG Box or another device? Contact us with the exact device brand and model. We will tell you which compatible player to install before you submit the activation details.

Quick Troubleshooting

A Downloader code does not open

Check every digit, restart Downloader and try again. For 8KVIP, try 6883465, then 1050263, then 439873. If all three fail, use IBO Pro code 481220 or Bob Player code 815778.

Fire TV blocks the installation

Enable Install Unknown Apps for Downloader under Fire TV Developer Options, then reopen Downloader and enter the code again.

The player opens but shows no channels

The player has been installed but is not activated yet. Send us the required 8KVIP confirmation or the IBO Pro/Bob Player MAC Address and Device Key.

I cannot find the MAC Address or Device Key

Send support a picture of the first screen shown when the player opens. We will identify the correct information for you.

Installed your player?

Contact support with the player name and the requested device information, or submit a trial request and our team will finish the activation.
